  • Drinking water can be purchased at the local grocery store. Our island has hard water.
  • Binoculars for viewing wildlife and freighters
  • Camera and/or video camera
  • Paper products and trash bags
  • Beach towels
  • Charcoal for the BBQ grill
  • Laundry soap

Things we supply

Our Lodges Have The Folowing

  • Toaster
  • Microwave
  • Coffee maker with grinder
  • BBQ grill - charcoal
  • Bedding such as pillows, blankets, sheets
  • Televisions (5) with cable
  • Fully furnished kitchen, including utensils, pots/pans, cups/glasses, bowls/plates, etc.
  • Refrigerator and stove with oven
  • Dishwasher
  • Washer & dryer
  • Limited amount of towels

Boats & Docks

Both lodges each have a private, powered boat slip available to each renter. It can accommodate one vessel up to 25 feet in length. Its assigned slip is marked with a sign – “Passage Pt.” or “Edgewater”.

Check-In

Check in time is 4 pm. As a general rule, if you arrive earlier and the previous guests have departed and the house cleaners are finished, you may feel free to take occupancy.

Passage Point and Edge Water lodges are managed by an on-site manager. He will be available to assist you to have an enjoyable vacation.

Rental Terms

Deposit
$500/Weekly rental, $250/Daily rental due with reservation

Peak season additional $500 due 30 days before arrival. Remainder of payment due at check in.

Cancellations
If a cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to arrival, and the lodge is re-rented for the same rental period and the same rental amount, your deposit (less $75) will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, and the lodge is re-rented for the same rental period and the same rental amount, your deposit only will be forfeited. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival, and the lodge is not re-rented, Guest is responsible to pay the remaining portion of the full stay. If you make a reservation and don’t show up, you are responsible for the entire balance.  You are also responsible for the entire balance if you leave early.
